Dr. Suyin Lee is a leading physiatrist serving St. Johns and the greater Jacksonville area, providing advanced non-surgical spine and pain management care. She is triple board certified by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and the American Osteopathic Association Conjoint Pain Medicine.

She is a fellowship-trained interventional pain physician specializing in diagnosing and treating complex neck, back, and nerve pain conditions using a comprehensive, function-first approach. Her practice focuses on precision diagnosis and minimally invasive treatments, including image-guided spinal injections, facet joint procedures, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, peripheral nerve stimulation, spinal cord stimulation, alongside coordinated rehabilitation strategies and regenerative medicine options such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, prolotherapy, shockwave therapy, and other biologic and restorative treatments when appropriate.

In addition, Dr. Lee serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Michigan State University, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She also serves as a board examiner for the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Lee integrates osteopathic principles and evidence-based interventional techniques to optimize patient outcomes.
